General Tickets

• Tickets are non-refundable.

• With sufficient notice, we may be able to transfer your ticket to another event (subject to availability).

• Transfer requests can only be made once and must be submitted via email to hello@thepaintlabcompany.co.uk.

• A rebooking fee will apply to all transfers.

• If you arrive late, you may still join the class, but the event will finish at the scheduled time and no extensions or partial refunds will be given.

Private & Corporate Bookings

• Full payment is required in advance to secure your booking.

• If you cancel your event, payments are non-refundable. We may be able to reschedule to a new date, subject to availability, and a rescheduling fee will apply.

• If guest numbers reduce after payment has been made, we cannot offer partial refunds or credits.

• Additional guests can be added after payment, charged at the same price per person as the original booking (subject to space).

• Any venue hire, catering, or additional services requested are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Events in Public Venues

• Alcohol service is subject to the venue’s license.

• Guests consuming alcohol must be 18 years or older. Proof of age may be requested.

• Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcoholic beverages unless previously agreed with the venue and The Paint Lab.

Events at External Venues

• Our team will arrive at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time to set up. Please ensure we have access and that tables and chairs are provided.

• Events start promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may join but will not be given extra time.

• If your package includes drinks, The Paint Lab will provide one welcome beverage per person (alcoholic or non-alcoholic, depending on your selection).

• Our artists are there solely to deliver the art workshop and are not responsible for serving drinks, clearing spaces, or handling venue logistics.

Conduct & Behaviour

• The Paint Lab is committed to creating a positive, creative, and safe environment. Disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

• Guests must drink responsibly. The Paint Lab is not liable for accidents or incidents resulting from alcohol consumption.

• Please keep personal belongings secure. The Paint Lab is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

• Our staff reserve the right to refuse entry or ask a guest to leave if these terms are not respected.

Photos

Our artists will be taking photos throughout the classes for use on our social media, website and other promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be in any of the photos just let one of our artists know on the day and we will make sure to leave you out of them!
