Refund Policy for The Paint Lab

General Tickets

• All ticket sales for Paint Lab events are non-refundable.

• If you cannot attend, we may allow a one-time transfer to another event, subject to availability.

• A rebooking fee will apply. Transfer requests must be emailed to hello@thepaintlabcompany.co.uk.
   

Private & Corporate Bookings

• Full payment is required to secure private events.

• Cancellations are non-refundable, but we may reschedule your event to a different date, subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.

• No refunds or credits are offered if guest numbers decrease after payment.
   

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Events start promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may join but no extensions or refunds will be given.

• No-shows are non-refundable.
   

Exceptional Circumstances

• In cases of event cancellation by The Paint Lab, all ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.
